Booked for me and my daughter's work. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, really helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast excellent especially Marina who brightens your morning up with her lovely smile and was so helpful and professional an asset to the hotel. Restaurant food 10/10. Great location in the Jewish quarter. Will definitely return in December.

The rooms were minimal but good for what we were looking for. We ended up accidentally booking a triple room, completely out fault, and the cleaner put a double sheet onto the single beds for us which I thought was lovely. My only fault with the room would be that we didn’t have a proper window, but we had 2 sky lights which did the job as you don’t want to spend much time in the room as there is a gorgeous city to explore.Our room was on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t a lift, but as a young couple we were fine with the extra steps! The hotel kindly provided us with a plug adaptor which we forgot! They also asked us if we wanted to store our luggage when leaving - but we had already made arrangement as we assumed this wouldn’t be possible. The location is great, there’s some lovely little spots for food and drink very close by and a very straight forward walk to the main square. Would stay again :)

Dno. Na śniadanie wpuszczają 4 osobową rodzinę i nawet nie ma stolika. Odchaczyli pokoj w notatniku, a my wróciliśmy się bezpowrotnie do pokoju. Nie polecam. W łazience po otwarciu drzwi wypadła duża kratka od instalacji sanitarnej. Uchwyty w lazience luźne jakby miały się zaraz urwać. Brakuje też fug w glazurze miejscami.

Used the hotel for a 3-night city-break. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast restaurant and bar (beer garden also nice if weather allows). No lift, so bear this in mind, but stairs not harsh/steep. Good location in the Jewish Quarter (which is excellent) and a short (15 min) walk to the Main Square in Krakow.Rooms relatively basic, but very clean and comfortable, with air-con.An excellent base for exploring Krakow.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Nice restaurant. Especially enjoyed spending time in the summer garden. I highly recommend this place.

Everything you need in one place. Downside no lift, and the original room we were given was on the 3rd floor, only had roof windows, so no view, and was very hot, no air! (This was changed for us the next morning, so all good)Great staff, food, bar and location.

Very nice hotel close to the centre of Krakow and everything is within walking distance for everything else. Trans also running close by to get you further afield.Stayed on my own and was put in the top floor and I must say the room is a little small with nowhere to store your luggage if staying for more than a few days. Clothes hangers were provided so you can hang your items on coat hooks. The rooms on the top floor have a sloping roof so if you're tall like myself you tend to hit the ceiling a few times. Everybody else I spoke to had a great time so I must have been the exception?There was a fridge in the room and everything was spotless with a choice of a radiator or air con.The breakfast was the highlight with a vast amount to choose from from hot to cold there was something for everybody including cakes. There was even green beer available for St Patrick's Day.The staff were all very pleasant and willing to help you with anything.At the end of the day the bar is a nice place to relax.

Brilliant location away from the busy main square. Great service and the breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and a chef on hand to cook egg dishes which were really well cooked. Evening meals lovely. Complimentary drink on arrival too. We would definitely return.

The service staffs were good but the receptionists were really unprofessional they also didn’t helped us regarding changing our room although we paid them in advance. One of my family member had a problem in her leg due to previous car accidents and they still didn’t gave us the first floor room although it was free the entire time, our stay was for approx 15 weeks ! and our welcome was very poor the service team didn’t even had a phone direct orders either we had to go down the all way from their pathetic staircase of two floors for a single coffee each and every morning for 15 days straight and the hotel owner was informed about our problems but neglected us very very harshly he used the term “we have no refund” that’s it. We even told him we are ready to pay you more for a first floor room but the owners and receptionists neglected us like we didn’t even existed and I would say me and mt family entire very very expensive holiday in Poland was ruined because of this hotel I would say this hotel should be closed down or else run as a hypie crib.
