Great pools

I bought a swimming pool and the pool equipment from them in the summer. Apart from being 2 (two) months late, which costed me money and waiting with a big hole in my garden, they delivered the pool damaged (probably during the transport) and without the correct counterflow pump (I ordered an paid for a 230V pump and they delivered a 380V pump which is completely useless). This delivery was in JUNE 2021 - thats 4 months ago and since then they refuse to answer my calls, emails or Facebook messages. I left numerous voicemail messages on every number I could find, but no success.This is extremely poor customer care, completely unprofessional and completely put me off to ever order anything from Poland again.Just avoid them to save yourself a big headache

Pomimo trochę dłuższego czasu realizacji niż zakładano, w dużej mierze spowodowanego pandemią, współpraca przebiegła pomyślnie. Małe zastrzeżenie co do utrudnionego kontaktu, ale nawet pomimo tego wszystko zostało załatwione jak należy.

Szczerze polecam!Szybki czas realizacji, sprawny i profesjonalny montaż i przedewszystkim niecka gruba i stabilna.
