I am shocked with the service". VFS Global lost my passport and my boyfriend's passport. I do not recommend to order a courier because VFS sending an envelope w/o tracking number. I asked their customer service if my passport was ever sent (ticket#3123974#) and lady replied to me just with their address. No greeting

Jeżeli tak jak ja czekasz na kuriera z paszportem ponad miesiąc i nie masz ani numeru przesyłki ani nazwy firmy, to radzę skontaktować się z firmą kurierską Business courier, w której podajac adres dostawy i twoje nazwisko dowiesz sie w koncu, gdzie leży twój paszport z wizą. Mój był w sklepie monopolowym przez 2 miesiące. Brak słów.

SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! to Canada Visa Center in Warsaw! Today my sister came from Krakow to Warsaw to collect her passport with Canadian visa. She was informed that from December 5, 2022 rules were changed and she needs to book an appointment for passport collection. She tried to explain her situation - that she didn't know this new rule; that she took day off to come here. So in the end my sister was offered by VFS Global employee to give a bribe 200 zl. for a fake appointment for visa collection letter for today. Unfortunately, today many Ukrainians were forced to give their last money to enterprising VFS employees" to receive Canadian visa to start new life in country where such disgusting things could never happened! If VFS Global changed the rules for visa collection and it is not ALLOWED to collect a passport without an appointment WHY YOU ASK PEOPLE FOR MONEY? You ask people

Wysłałam paszport na wklejkę wizy dwa miesiąca temu, nie ma żadnej informacji o tym gdzie jest mój paszport. Telefonu nikt nie odbiera i nawet nie mam pojęcia gdzie mam się zgłosić, żeby uzyskać jakąkolwiek informację. Brak słów, brak wizy i brak paszportu

The passport was sent in December to that address. We have not heard back of any updates on the application. When called and emailed, I was told of the address at Jerozolimskie, and that there is no VFS global at this address (ie. Jana Pawla II)…?? The courier delivered there the passport and left with them, so then how come they do not exist at that address? We need urgent help with this matter

No information about where is my passport and how long it takes to open my documents for process. I urgently get a case to fill out Polish documents and without my passport I can’t do this. Asking staff if I can get it out of laying somewhere - no answer, only that my passport is not set up in system yet.Terrible service!!

I sent my passport via courier FedEx. But i can't reach VFS global about my visa process. I should submit my passport in 30 days. But they started process or not i don't know. Even i don't know what happened with my passport. They don't answer calls and emails. :(
