We have only just purchased two lamps at the shop (because we really liked them). However…we were ‘welcomed’ by a fairly random looking person who scanned us before letting us inside the shop (do I have to add that she was on a private call when reluctantly letting us in?). Then, upon asking some fairly basic questions about the things we were interested in, we received virtually no but ‘I am not sure’ answers. Thirdly, when paying for the lamps, we were asked if we wanted the confirmation that the transaction had gone through (seriously??? When one decides to spend more than 13 k pln at your shop, should one be really be asked such questions???). Top it up with the fact that the person spoke not a single word in English and you will have the complete image of the most shameful and shambolic customer service in existence! Which should not happen in a place like this! Now we are waiting for the lamps to be delivered: hopefully it will be smoother and less traumatic experience than the visit at the shop. By and large: if you desire to sell items from Fendi or Versace or other big brands, do adjust your customer service to a matching, high level.
