The worst IT agency that you can possibly find on the market. Zero support, employees do not answer, managers are rude (after 20 years being SAP customer), updates are not offered and also on request they do not help. SAP training for new employees are rejected. They are not customer oriented, not business oriented, just a group of arrogant folks. Unfortunately, SAP does not have own sales structure in Poland, but use such representative agencies. I can warn anyone who is considering to work with this company. As well, I advise everybody to contact the HQ in Germany and report them, with enough customer pressure, they finally will get their axxxx kicked or get banned from SAP infrastructure. No right to exist, charging maintenance fees for nothing. Have a nice day.
