Hi, today we are stuck at the customs because of the inadequate driver.1) He hid from everyone that the back window of our bus was broken totally, it was also taped with a scotch tape. Because of this window we had to go back and we were not allowed to cross the border. We have been standing in this line for a 10+ hours. We all had plans, flight tickets, doctor appointments, our loved ones waited for some of us at the other side. And because of your unprofessional driver, we didn't make it, all our plans were ruined, there were people, who just cried for hours because of this whole situation.2) Also, your driver was driving the bus in sandals, is it okay with your safety policy? I will not step in your bus never again.3) The ignorance, that we all faced today was a killer wave for many of us. Your driver just ignored our questions and our trials to get any information what is happening, why it was all happening to us, because of what???? At some moment he was just screaming to not ask him for nothing, and just to sit and wait. Wait for what??? For what???
