The nicest place to rent a car in Warsaw.

Korzystałem z Europcar już kolejny raz i muszę powiedzieć, że wszystko w tej wypożyczalni działa bez zarzutu. Samochód dostałem praktycznie nowy, pani z obsługi była bardzo miła i w dodatku wszystko w niezłej cenie, bez żadnych ukrytych opłat. Polecam wszystkim!

Очень хорошая фирма. Профессиональные и вежливые сотрудники. Оформление заняло 15 минут и быстро нашли свободное авто. Однозначно рекомендую

Avoid Europcar in Warsaw. They offer very bad support and charge for services they do not deliver.Even though they are the most expensive car rental company, they offer very poor service. A car was handed out to me with insufficient motor oil. On the second day of rental, the car showed a red alarm for the oil liquid level, and the car was not operable. When calling them, they were not helpful at all, and neither did they understand the urgency of the situation. You basically just get lost in the Europcar hotline.Only 24h after my first call, the car was towed and brought to a repair shop.In the end, it took two days and endless phone calls until they were able to fix the issue. Europcar did not refund the full two days when the car was not operable.Additionally, they used the petrol already in the car (that they not paid for) to drive the car back to a distance of more than 60 km. Europcar did not directly refund the petrol. Only after long discussions they agreed to refund the petrol.For all the trouble they caused by supplying a faulty car they did not even compensate a full refund for the days the car was not operable. No other compensation was given.

Really bad service and worst customer experience ever. First you get a faulty car, then you need to chase them for support. It takes them two days to fix the issue and you are left without any car, then they don’t even issue a full refund for two days. Additionally no other compensation for all the trouble they have caused. I really don’t recommend renting a car there.

Obwohl alles online gebucht und bezahlt wurde, musste nochmals ein Formular ausgefüllt werden. Der Wagen war auf 09:00 gebucht, es tauchte um 9:10 jemand auf und hatte keine Ahnung von der Reservierung. Immerhin war das Auto sehr gut.
