MDA dworzec autobusowy

Very well organised and easy to understand even for a non Polish person like me. Buses are almost always on time. There is a small bistro in the bus station and a huge display to help with schedule information.It also helps that the train station is right next to this so all modes of transport are open and flexible.

Dupiata nawigacja kijowo pokazuję drogę pieszą z dworca MDA na Dworzec Gł. PKP. Pokazuję 16 min. pieszo gdzie widać na podglądzie że jest wejście do dworca PKP od strony dworca MDA przy BurdelKing. Mapy street dla pieszych to kompletna porażka. Zamiast pokazać tunel pokazują dachy i parkingi na nich strasznie ciulowato. Ciekawe czemu nie ma bezpośrednio połączenia choćby tymi dachami, czy jakimś łącznikiem z dworcem PKP bo pod ziemią to wątpię aby było to możliwe za sprawą tunelu.

It was very-very hard for us to find it in the night (we went to it from the Gallery). It would be so nice if the difference between the local and long distance bus stations could be shown at the informational boards as the two stations are located at the opposite sides of the Gallery. The toilet costs 3 PLN (or it would cost 3 PLN if it was open...). The place is not very clean. On the other hand it is good that there are some mobile phone charging points and there are enough seats for everyone.

Well organized with quite pleasant waiting area and convenient stores. Staff speaks English.From here regular busses to Auschwitz 90 minutes (€6.- return...wise to book & pay on-line).

Jak się nie wstydzisz to polecam osz**ć ten budynek, niż płacić 3,50 za brudną toaletę. Zakrwawione podpaski walają się po podłodze, papier wepchnięty w dziury w drzwiach, podejrzewa po to aby cię nie podglądali. Spoko że chociaż było się czym podetrzeć i umyć ręce

Not the friendliest place I've been exactly. You can either meet ok nice and helpful staff, or you can meet more snappy rude ones like we did. The woman in the reception when we were trying to buy bus tickets in the morning to a park seemed very irate and honestly quite rude. From the moment we walked up to the desk she seemed like she wanted us gone. Told us we didn't understand her and made it very clear with her body language she did not like helping us. In reality, she's the one who didn't understand us (we spoke perfectly English) and her replies did not match online descriptions and other staff members information. She was sharp tongued and unpleasant. The place itself is easy to navigate, but so many people here shouldn't work in customer service.

The staff doesn't speak English, is curt and unhelpful. The toilets are paid and they only take polish currency equivalent to 1 euro. No Wi-Fi. Basically no facilities and you go back to the dark ages.

Byłem tam o 1 w nocy. Dworzec sam w sobie ok. Toalety płatne i wydaje mi się że trochę drogo.

An awful bus station still stuck in 1975. Bathrooms are at a fee only in Zloty. No one speaks English. Buses don’t come to the platform announced and no delays being communicated. Frankly, this bus station total embarrassment for Poland.
