Downtown Kraków Hotel

My wife and I stayed in the hotel last week. Initial reaction was not great as located beside railway line. However, room was warm and clean.No trains overnight and out all day so no issue.Breakfast in very clean dining room was more than adequate. Now used to fact that in Poland milk with tea is no usual practice so took a glass of milk to room and kept it in fridge.Reception staff were very helpful when asked how to access and use of tram and various other questions.Hotel is a short walk from huge shopping centre and the from the old city.The hotel has a silence curfew from 10pm until 7am.No frills - no lounge or bar.Would recommend for short city breaks.

it was quiet, the location was great, right near the old town. everything was wonderful but the only inconvenience was that they charged us for our a dog. everything else was very good.

Great hotel. The rooms are very clean and smell amazing. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The best part is the breakfast. It’s the cherry on top of the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Doskonała lokalizacja dla miłośników kolei, bowiem okna większości pokoi wychodzą na torowisko przed dworcem PKP. Ponadto lokalizacja bardzo blisko Galerii Kraków oraz starego miasta. Do kościoła mariackiego wolnym spacerkiem jakieś 10-15 minut parkiem i urokliwymi uliczkami starówki. W pobliżu Carrefour express. Stołówka że śniadaniem w postaci szwedzkiego stołu w podziemiach. Bardzo miła obsługa. Płatny parking przy ulicy.

Location of this hotel was a bit tricky, you may think it is located very well because it is just beside train station on the map, however, there was a wall separating the hotel from train station, so you need to walk for 15 min to get to the station. There is a grocery store just 2 min away from the hotel, and a few tram stations are nearby as well. The staff was very nice and friendly, checkin was quick and smooth. Room was spacious enough with pretty much everything you need, but the toilet was very small. The breakfast of this hotel is the highlight, I didn’t expect too much before I came, but the food was really nice, although there were not many options, everything I tasted was delicious, don’t miss the breakfast:)There were some drawbacks about the hotel, since it is near train station, it was a bit noisy outside the window when train passed by, also, the room was not soundproof, you could easily hear people talking next to your room, so if you are sensitive to noises, maybe you need to consider somewhere else.Overall I think this hotel is a nice option if you stay in Krakow for only a few nights.

Overall a nice experience. The checkin was very smooth, the staff were nice and friendly, they let me check in earlier. Location is good, you can easily access all major attractions by foot or by tram. A grocery store is just 2-minute walk away from the hotel. Although the room is not very spacious, you have pretty much everything you need in the hotel room, except tooth bush and tooth paste. Moreover, the price for this hotel is budget-friendly. The breakfast can be considered as the highlight of this hotel, although there were not many options, everything tasted really good. Overall I would like to recommend this hotel to the travelers in Kraków. The train station is just beside the hotel, there were noises when trains passed by

Przyjemny hotel, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, pokoje czyste i zadbane. Na wyposażeniu pokoju lodówka - co nie jest oczywistością w tej klasie. Dodatkowy plus za klimatyzację. Cena na krakowskie standardy atrakcyjna. Lokalizacja blisko rynku, dworca głównego i galerii Krakowskiej.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji aczkolwiek położony zaraz obok torów kolejowych w ślepej uliczce. Pokoje klimatyzowane. Śniadania dość dobre. Wielki minus za obsługę podczas śniadania. Żaden stolik nie był posprzątany. Obsługa sprzątała stoliki dopiero jak już praktycznie wychodziliśmy ze śniadania. Brak filiżanek. Trzeba było czekać, aż ktoś się pojawi i prosić o dołożenie bo nie było na kawę i herbatę. Na daniadaniu szynki, parówki i jajecznica z prawdziwych jajek, a nie z proszku jak w niektórych hotelach. Łóżka dość małe ale wygodne. Sprawna klimatyzacja w pokojach. Widok na tory. W pokoju internet, filiżanki, herbata i kawa. Pokoje sprzątane na życzenie - to duży plus. Z hotelu blisko na Rynek Główny i Galerie Krakowską. Obok hotelu żabka więc można zrobić szybkie zakupy. Doba hotelowa od 14 w dniu przyjazdu do godz 12 w dniu wyjazdu. W pokoju bardzo malutki telewizor i może ze 3 kanały w języku polskim... Szkoda bo w końcu jesteśmy w Polsce, a nie w Niemczech czy Anglii... Ogólnie hotel polecamy i pewni sami go ponownie odwiedzimy. PS nie bójcie się windy, ona tak ma podczas wsiadania, że nagle się obniża.

I can recommend this place, breakfast included. Not the biggest breakfast, but good. The bread was a bit dry, but the rolls was very good!. The rooms was good and clean. I was a bit worried for the noise from the trains, but it was not that bad indeed!. We even had the windows open during the night as the air condition was making far more noise and was not working that well. very good location as very close to the train/bus station and a very short walk to the centre of city. Was staying for 6 Nights and might come back some day if it fits.
