Great experience we was picked up from the Airport taken to our car and was on the road in 15 minutesOn return handover process was nice and quick and we was dropped back off at the airport.The car was clean and very well equipped with apple car play heated seats all you needed for a winter weekend away 5 star experience————————-Świetne doświadczenie, zostaliśmy zabrani z lotniska do naszego samochodu i byliśmy w drodze w 15 minutPo powrocie proces przekazania był miły i szybki, a my zostaliśmy odwiezieni na lotnisko.Samochód był czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony w podgrzewane siedzenia Apple Car Play, wszystko, czego potrzebujesz.

THIEVESWe rent a car from Thursday at 3.00PM and brought it back on Monday 3.00PM (so it’s exactly four days). When we gave it back, they made us pay a full extra day, because they were expecting us at 1.00PM and not 3.00PM. We did not know they were expecting us at 01.00PM, we never received by email the contract they said we would receive.I strongly recommend to choose another company, there are enough at the airport.

AutoUnion also known as Magrent. AVOID AT ALL COST.They pop in the research engine at Wroclaw airport but are 1km from it.They will charge you extra if you need to drop off car outside their working hours, because they dont have place to drop car off and leave keys in the box - I imagine it is the same if you come to pick up the car, in case your flight is late.The car they gave me was the class I wanted but it was old, aircon didnt work. Fuel tank was filled to 40% only.I read reviews on this company (too late unfortunatley ) on website Trustpilot - and they had almost 80% of 1 rating there , with people complaining about similar things or even worse.
