In short, do not expect any service from this company.I had a complaint about an electronic casing I had ordered and received.Turns out the delivered casing contained two the same upper parts and I couldn’t assemble the casing, so I had filed a complained.TME came back to me with the remark that the casing “consists of 2 identical halves.They do not have holes for legs. The customer must make these himself.”And they closed the complaint with this argumentation.I didn’t accept the response, as the response was totally nonsense.I replied on this giving them 4 reasons why their remark is just full of BS and included pictures building the argumentation.On their subsequent response they asked me to send the casing back to them, that is, on my expense !I didn’t do, since the transportation cost are higher than the actual costs of the casing.And then I would have paid for this product twice for the transportation.Furthermore, the conclusion by TME’s QA could just be confirming my argument, and they would still need to send a correct product.Rather then TME admitting their mistake and replacing the goods, the prefer keeping annoying their customer over the complaint. So leaving a frustrated customer.The box itself is valued less then 5euro.Imaging their way of handling a complaint over a product of valued over 100euro.For me it’s clear, never use this company again.
