I rented here and was advised I could drop the car off for PLN30 at the airport. I did this and was slapped with a bill of PLN184.50 with no invoice or reason supplied. I had to enquire why I was overcharged on my bill.The decision was made because the hotel desk closes early, and due to needing to switch an extension payment to a new card, we had to go to the airport to make the payment.Budget's badly trained staff have now cost me money. If I'd known the cost, I would have paid using the original method for the extension. Perhaps the company will resolve this, perhaps they will not.I am genuinely tired of either unethical or badly trained, uncaring Polish car rental services. Ask yourself if the staff are advising you falsely, or just lying to benefit the company.Update 25 April 2023: Budget has contacted me with the reply that they will honour the price I was given by their staff member, rather than the inflated fee I was charged. Since I has spent significantly more on a car upgrade and extension of the car rental, the extra charge I was levied was not the main issue, but the principle of giving me bad information that cost me, and losing trust in the company after spending money in good faith. Once the refund arrives I will again update my review.

I believe it's budget and Avis in one window or in a joint venture, however was treated well and car was great! Would recommend this pick up spot if you order reservation ahead of time.
