They want 24 hours notice of cancellation but can happily cancel your tour the night before you are supposed to visit auschwitz at 7am, so less than 12 hours notice.Paid flights, hotels etc and will now have to travel back without visiting auschwitz, which is the only reason we visited in the first place.

Hij verteld veel en weet ook bijna alle vragen te beantwoorden.Tijdens de tour verteld hij het verhaal met details en informatie die je niet zomaar te weten zou komen.Ook gaf hij nog handige tips over de stad zelf en zelfs over de lekker hapjes die je zou moeten proberen. Deze tour is zeker een aanrader. En als je met Dmitri meeloopt weet je zeker dat je bijna niets kan missen."

Las excursiones están muy bien excepto la de auswitch que fue bastante cortá y se quedó mucho sin ver.Los freetours están muy bien organizados y son muy completos

En el tour la guía en español se incorpora en Auschwitz. El tour se desarrolla a gran velocidad, sin tiempo para observar nada. Deficientemente explicado. No recomiendo esta Empresa. Si vas sólo lo ves más tranquilo. No me gusto.

We went on an excursion to Auschwitz with this company. It is not their fault particularly, but we were very rushed through the museum and we felt we did not get chance to view things properly, or read any of the additional information. We also struggled to understand the guide who took us around, and at times, we were so far behind our earphone receivers were breaking up so we couldn't hear what was being said anyway. I do not walk particularly fast due to health issues, so for me it was incredibly frustrating, and I could not finish the tour at Birkenau. I felt like I was a bit of nuisance not being able to keep up, so my son had to complete the tour without me. On the whole, the time constraints did spoil the excursion. Our journey to and from the museum was good, we watched a very interesting documentary and the guide on the bus spoke very good English, and had additional information about the museum and also places we saw en route. He was friendly and helpful.

La excursión fue deprisa y corriendo un día antes de la excursión nos avisan que cambian las horas por overbooking , al parece esta empresa es muy de hacer estas cosas , el guía que nos llevó a la visita hablaba rápido y no se paraba a explicar bien la visita , sin duda no repetiría con ellos

I could hardly understand the guy, not a good guide. Plus, they left me in the beginning, hard to track 16 people. I would much prefer to be on my own! But I'm stuck here for 5 hours. I may just leave and find a ride back!

Just home from our first trip to Krakow, and whilst there we'd paid for a trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau the bus was late by 20 mins which wasn't really a big problem, the lady in the queue turned out to be ourtour guide although she didsay on the minibus that she worked in the museum and she wasn't our tour guide.Once there we were greeted by a chap called Jacob he explained the process of going in and showing ourphoto Id and getting ourheadphones for the tour when we all met up in the yard outside we were met by the lady on the bus who told us then she had being asked to show us around. The lady while very informative of the facts and clearly passionate about the history rushed us around and I fell behind due to a knee injury I accuired on the first day of my trip she repeatedly kept telling us all to keep together and I've quickly, once the tour was finished we had a 15 minute break which i don't think was amazing considering the other camp Birkenau was only 10 minutes down the road on the minibus, we were ushered into the next camp where I and my partner approached Jacob and said if we fell behind could we catch up at my speed he agreed and said yes and that it was 2km of the same direction my intention was to keep up but once the lady said we had to walk faster to cover the bigger area she had heard us speak to Jacob and so that actually annoyed me, I walked so far and decided to walk back to the bus, made my partner finish the walk I felt one of us had to finish the whole thing.When back on the bus the lady didn't join us she did tell the group she had another tour and the group all more or less said the same thing, the tour guide was abrupt, rushed everyone and no time for questions.Its been a trip I've wanted to do since I was at school and to actually be there 38 years later and have the experience we had to say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I emailed the tour company to give back some positive and non positive feedback but have had no reply I won't be recommending this company and I'll be returning to the travel company we booked with to tell them of our experience..We will return to Auschwitz but not with this company.
