They cancelled my trip last minute. Its absolutely impossible to find another auschwitz tour during my stay. This company is an absolute joke. NEVER USE IT!!!

Royal tours transported us from Krakow to Auschwitz without fault. The tour guide was also very knowledgable. The somber visit itself was very emotionally tolling and a great reminder that we as humans should never let anything like this happen ever again.

We went on the Auschwitz I & Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. From start to finish it was excellent. The bus picked us up from our hotel on time, and we watched a brief documentary about Auschwitz on the way to the site. Once at Auschwitz our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and respectful to the dead, asking the group to remain silent in certain areas as a sign of respect (some other groups ignored this which was a shame). The only small downside was that the bus was a little cramped, but really it wasn't a problem. I would 100% recommend, worth every Zloty!

We booked a trip to asuschwizt, spent 4 hours on the bus from Krakow to the museum (should have been 1 hour), on the spot it turned out our ticekts were issued by the royal cracow for a wrong date, we had no guide at all, had limited access to tge museum due to the delay of the company , they did not contact us at all about refund or to explain the situation. Do not recommend

Servicio lamentable! Nos han cancelado un tour la tarde anterior por falta de guias y sin avisar, solo hemos visto que estaba cancelado por la app de getyourguide. No nos han mandado ni un email para avisar! Teniamos el tour reservado desde hacía meses. Pésima organización si de verdad se han dado cuenta de que no tenían guias disponibles el día anterior!

The tour was brilliant. We did the Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines tour and it was brilliant. From pickup everything was so well planned out and you didn't have to worry about anything apart from learning the history. Our guide, Christopher was very good and I couldn't recommend this tour enough.

Hebben een reis geboekt voor morgen om 11:00 naar Auschwitz-Birkenau met engelse gids. We hadden vandaag tot 11:00u de tijd om te annuleren. Vervolgens krijgen we om 15:00 pas te horen dat onze Nederlandse tour (terwijl we een Engelse geboekt hadden), verplaatst is naar 16:00u in de middag. Toen we het wilde annuleren vanwege dat we een 7,5 uur durende tour zo laat niet gaan redden, kregen we te horen dat wij voor 11:00u hadden moet annuleren. Terwijl ze zelf zo laat pas iets melden. Gebeld, geappt en alles. Vervolgens kunnen we om 07:45 aansluiten, wat wij ook niet redden aangezien we niet in Krakau slapen. Halve dag Energylandia verpest door heel dit gedoe. Ik ben uiterst ontevreden over deze manier van zaken doen. We hebben nu €90,- voor niets uit gegeven want we kunnen niet mee. ZEER SLECHTE ZAAK. Wij voelen ons belazerd, zij hadden voor 11:00u wat moeten laten weten, zodat wij nog konden anticiperen. Boek hier niet! Niet eens 1 ster waardig. Olga probeerde wel vriendelijk te zijn, maar kan niets voor je betekenen. Zeer slecht.

We took the auschwitz tour pick up from near main railway station. The tour was very well organised and our tour guide Barbara at the venue was excellent. Very good communicator and answered all the questions very clearly. We'll done a great choice.Thanks ewan and Vanessa
