Absolutely awful service. You will never hear back about any of your questions, requests. They charge a lot for their service, however all they do for our building in Zablocie/Podgorze is sending a cleaning person once a week that cleans the building with disgusting cleaning supplies that make the whole building smell like a wet dog. We have been living in this building for almost two years and we could not manage to get the major Internet services to the building (UPC, Netia, etc.). Most internet companies require the building administration to make an effort and request the service-level infrastructure (meaning: drilling one hole in a wall from the building next door and getting internet cable inside of the building) but the company has been completely non-responsive. Also, they have forgotten to pay the electricity bill I guess, I am not sure a few times so the door bells did not work a few times and we missed some important deliveries due to that.The customer service they provide is absolute worst. If you see this company providing services to the new place you are moving to, I’d recommend avoiding it at all costs.
