Should have listened to my gut and not gone through with my purchase. Purchased a pannier mount for my 2001 BMW F650 GS Dakar with their specified mount. Advertises that it will fit my motorcycle and will fit Zega Alu panniers in addition, perfect! Mount arrives slowly (just over a month) even with being a neighboring country. I reach out during the wait to ask for an update. No response to email or the contact portal they have on their website. On the second day of constantly calling them, I spent 30 minutes ringing non stop which I think finally annoyed someone to pick the phone up. I was finally able to understand that they were beginning production on my mount. If I had known that it would need to be manufactured, I would not have ordered. Once the mount arrives I come to find out that it doesn't fit as advertised. It was clear they produced the mount based on rough paper measurements but never bothered to check if it would fit. The mounting points once loosely tightened do not even align up with the other 2 pieces. Resulting in a defective and useless mount. After spending this much time waiting and looking at the cost of shipping it back for a return it was simply not worth the money. After a full week of bending, reshaping, tweaking, I finally have the pannier rack mounted to the bike! Success! NOPE! The Holan Pannier rack doesn't even fit the pannier it advertises. The zega alu panniers I purchased do not even come close to fitting the rack system. It is not even close! The adjustments made before didn't affect this area at all. All I can say is DO NOT BUY HOLAN, you have been warned by the other reviews below.

Got the items after almost a year. Countless mails and phonecalls didn't get an answer. Finally got an answer after doing a bad Facebook review. But even after getting a picture of the ready products I did have to write again to finally get the send number.Wouldn't order there again.

Their products are awesome. Well made, strong, and fit like they should. They carry a lot of hard to find items, and if they don’t have it they will manufacture it for you. I have made multiple orders with them. No instructions are provided for any of their products, but if you got good Lego skills, they are easy to attach. The only negative thing I can say, which is usually out of their hands, is how long DHL shipments take. It took almost 2.5 months to get my items, but that’s just how it goes sometimes.

5-star pannier rack with 1-star customer service. I sent my cash off to them, didn't hear anything back until I started pestering them. About 6 weeks later, my rack finally arrived; beautifully built and fits perfectly, but I've also been charged Polish VAT despite not being an EU citizen... Has the potential to be a great company if they get their customer service sorted out.

Ordered almost $600 worth of products almost 3 months ago. My payment was accepted but no shipping info was ever given. Tried emailing but never received a reply. Avoid at all costs for online orders.

Decent poducts (ordered from them 2 times before). But I ordered a pannier and mounting about 10 months ago and sent them the payment and still havent received the item or got my money back! I have tried to contact them in any way possible, short of actually going there, and no response what so ever. At this point I just want my money back!

I purchased a rack and La Ponderosa bags from Holan. There were no mounting instructions but I finally managed. What irritates me is that I wanted to exchange the bags for a larger size but never received any response after 4 mails sent by me.
