[watchout-customer service, policy] The shop return & guarantee policy is not clear. They do not allow to return or compromise to change bought equipment to a new one. Their regularmin stated in website saying that you can return equipment within 14 days if you order online. but they do not mention that you cant return equipment if you buy in shop. I bought an equipment 4 days ago, and would like to change it to another equipment for everyone convenience; however they refused to work it out. Their information is misleading and can harm buyers.
