It's been a week since I'm trying to reach out MetalRoute. I tried calling the number on the website few times, sending an email, using the chat option in their website, didn't get any reply. Don't deserve even 1 star.

I need to stress this now. MetalRoute is an amazing merchant, and I highly recommend them. My rating is solely based on the shipping problems I experienced and not the company themselves. If you are a customer from the US, please make sure that all the shipping information is CORRECT! Triple check if you have to because if its wrong, you can expect to have a month and a half not receiving anything. I placed an order in August didn't receive it until October. The package was sent back to the seller and upon emailing them about the problem mid August, I never got a reply from the until the very end of September. They sent it back to me with no problem so make sure to get all your information correct to avoid the issue I had.
