Ciężko znaleźć biurko w hali lotniskowej. Parking daleko od miejsca wypożyczenia. Nie było człowieka przy zdawaniu kluczyków auta. Ale nie było problemów.

Timewasters! Arrived at Warsaw Modlin airport to pick up the car and no one was at the desk, try to contact them on so many numbers but no one answered or cared at all. After nearly 2 hours i called they’re broker and cancelled reservation. Avoid

No car, no refund yet in the bank account. Holiday time wasted calling Hertz service number.Had prepaid reservation during adverticed opening hours, but there was no one at Hertz counter for service. Service number left at the desk was closed for the day. Based on the information from other rental providers we were not only people missing a car from Hertz that thursday.Next day from service number I received information that the reservation was cancelled" 2 days prior. I did not receive cancellation confirmation email or cancel it myself."

Very good car and very good service. Not the cheaper but quality
