Moxy Katowice Airport

Nice, modern and clean hotel with pretty new and stylish rooms which is located near to the airport Kattowitz.Unfortunately very unfriendly and rude staff in the check-in area (reception). I was there for a business purpose.I ask twice if it’s possible to put the charges of the breakfast directly by check-in to the official invoice to avoid by check-out unnecessary longer time to pay twice (1st pay by check-in (costs of hotel room) / 2nd pay by check-out (costs of breakfast)).This request was denied very rude „pay in the morning no more discussion ok?“.I went in the morning to breakfast because no one of the staff was available and also told that I can pay by check-out. I pointed out (to the same staff by check-in) after finishing the breakfast in the morning by checking out to put please the cost of the breakfast to the invoice. After that I was confronted again with a very rude response/staff - „why do you don‘t come to me before you go to the breakfast“.I explained in a calm way to the staff that no one was in the area and also by check-in it was told „…that I can pay by check-out, no problem“.The hotel should tell the person in the reception to be more friendly which should as usual the normal attitude.Can‘t recommend the service.

Bardzo dobry hotel na odpoczynek w trakcie podróży. Urządzone w stylu industrialnym z wieloma udogodnieniami w podróży. W zasadzie na lotnisku, bardzo dobrze wyciszony, niezłe śniadanie.

Gorąco polecam hotel super obsługa i pokoje, bar czynny 24h ceny rozsądne i przede wszystkim super lokalizacja przy samym lotnisku spokojnie można dojść na nogach.

Hotel noisless, very comfortable, clean, warm and convenient to the airport. Rooms are modern and well furnished. I had also breakfast and it was very nice. I saw many pilots been accomodated. I recommend it also if I spent only one night of a Business trip. I will consider for the future, in case I should come back in Katowice.

Co prawda hotel do najtańszych nie należy, no ale za dogodną lokalizację się płaci. Pokoje na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Widać że hotel nie jest stary plus cały czas odpowiednio utrzymywany.Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocną. Polecam

Super design pokoi . Lokalizacja tuż przy lotnisku robi robotę. Dobra miejscówka na nocleg przed wylotem . Pokoje bardzo ładne , czyste . Niestety obsługa troszkę do poprawy .

Nowoczesny hotel z ciekawym wystrojem , pokój czysty i bardzo dobrze wyciszony , lokalizacją bardzo atrakcyjna- 10 min od terminala i obok parking P2. śniadanie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , polecam

Personel nie jest zainteresowany gośćmi. Ceny wysokie standard niski.Szanowna Pani,Dziekuje za zainteresowanie.Wielokrotnie w recepcji jest brak personelu. Ostatnim razem czekałem 30 minut na kogoś, kto łaskawie zjawi się i wyda mi fakturę. Telefon do hotelu również nie pomógł bo dzwonił ale niestety nie miał kto odebrać.Powodem nieobecności personelu byla wizyta na papierosie przy tylnym wejściu do hotelu.Pozdrawiam serdecznie!

Loty ze Śląska tylko z Pyrzowic. Funkcjonalne lotnisko. Przemyślane kierunki. Tylko dlaczego za Kiss and Fly (10 minut) trzeba płacić???
