Ordered services two times.The first time I was satisfied with the quality of the cleaning for 10/10.Unfortunately, the second time I faced problems with the cleaning service and rudeness from customer care worker.However, the situation was solved by management pretty fast: I received high quality fixing cleaning for free, and my feedback about work of the customer care specialist was carefully reviewed and noted.I hope no one will face these issues again, but even if it happens, it will be solved fast and professionally.

1. Got the wrong date2. Couldn't make it at the requested date3. Didn't clean all items, and left some dirty, claiming it couldn't be cleaned, when there are clearly chemicals to do this.4. Didn't answer all my question in complaint email 1.5. Didn't answer complaint email 2.6. Manager didn't show up to correctional cleaning appointmentI don't like writing negative reviews, but the best thing about this company is the homepage.I don't recommend it at all.

I don't recommend this company—bad quality performance.The cleaner used a paper towel for cleaning, it's OK to sweep the dust, but it is not enough to clean the coffee stain. Water is required.Mop was broken, the cleaner promised to clean the floor by hands, in the end- she used just my vacuum cleaner.It seems cleaner does not know the scope. I had chosen the scope while ordering the service; I checked the scope with the administrator via email, and after that cleaner asked one more time. IMHO, this is too much.If you want good cleaning, it is better to chose another company

Mariusz is a great cleaner. He is friendly, and honest and can speak fluent English, which is important as an expat. The booking experience through spic and span has been nice as well. They are responsive. I would recommend both Spic and Span and Mariusz for your cleaning needs.

I received a very helpful and professional service from Mariusz who handled the cleaning for my moving out process. He was very understanding of my expectations and I was overall very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and saved me a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommend him as well as the agency.

i had a very stressful situation i needed a last-minute cleaning in 2 hours, and they handled to send the cleaner. the job done by cleaning associate was also amazing Tnx! reccomended!

very high price, which doesn't match with the quality of cleaning. there is no individual approach to the client. ordered them because only there a time-slot for cleaning was available and really regret now. do not recommend
