He has never sent them despite multiple and ongoing attempts (over 30 times!) to ask him to send them or to give us a refund. Each time he promised but nothing materialised. This is a fraudulent set-up to be avoided. His website comes and goes as being active.We are a butterfly house located in Wales of limited resources that specialises in tropical butterflies as well as marine organisms. This is run as a registered biodiversity charity.
