Krakow Tours

Booked a tour with these guys through the booking office near the Radisson hotel. Booked the Auschwitz Birkenau and Salt Mines one day tour. The locations themselves are great and well worth the visit, however, our tour guide forgot us. We were told to be there at 7.10 we were there at 6.50 coaches came and went and we ended up calling the person we booked with Dawid (who was fantastic) what wasn't fantastic however was the fact that we weren't picked up until an hour later after 8 am, given zero information as to how much time we had or meet up points and finally had an impatient tour guide incessantly call my phone while trying to be respectful to those who lost their lives in this place. Disgraceful behaviour I feel. After this when we got back on the coach we started moving back towards Krakow despite having paid for a second tour... Once we found ourselves back in Krakow we were informed we'd be leaving from elsewhere for our next tour. So we followed our guide through the city and walked back towards the city office where we were told to wait for 10 minutes... We waited for 30 before being led to a car where we were told one more pick up. That was fine until it turned out they were a party of 6 instead of 5... So they asked if they could shove into the back of the car anyway and they were allowed... So we were overcrowded in a car in 30 degree heat... Our guide arranged a bigger car for the way back and the drive back was fine. Dawid (The person who we booked the tour with originally) actually gave us our deposit back after hearing how the day went for us. I was really grateful to him he could not have been more helpful. Stay away from info tours they're a nightmare to deal with.

Visite réservée avec un guide français par get your guide, la veille nous avons reçu un mail pour nous informer du changement de notre horaire de rdv au bus (7 h au lieu de 11h) et que nous n'aurons pas de guide français !Visite donc en anglais, avec une guide très investie (apparemment) mais que nous n'avons rien compris ! Donc plus difficile de se plonger dans l histoire !En compensation ils nous ont donné un livret en français... Lol, le livret à mes stricts informations.Nous voyons très bien que la guide expliqué bien + que se qui été inscrit sur le livret.En gros j'ai payé pour une visite avec un guide en français mais je me suis retrouvé comme si j'étais venue de mes propres moyen sans guide... tiens voilà un bouquin c'est pareil et fait ta visite"Je vous déconseille Kraków tours !! Faites attention vous les trouver sur TripAdvisor

Excellent service. Got in touch with them by email about tour of auschwitz Birkenau. Woman in the office explained everything and made it very simple. The driver (Michael) collected us at 7am at our hotel reception, was very knowledgeable about auschwitz Birkenau and what to expect.Would definitely recommend to anybody travelling to krakow to use this company

Fantastic help from start to finish. Kasia answered all our questions and helped with both airport transfers and a tour to Auschwitz. Everything was on time and the vehicles comfortable. Thank you!

The tour is very very rushed in both auschwitz 1 en 2... there is no time to stop and read the boards of to do and explore parts of the site that seem interesting. Instead the guide keeps walking and talking non stop. In birkenau we only visited the womens barrack, and we were told that all the barracks open to the public are the same but when we looked online there are even more different ones, like the toilet building and another wooden one instead of just the brick building we visited. Would def not Recommend, rather take your time in auschwitz 1 by yourself and maybe an audio guide. There are signs and explainations everywhere. You can easily walk around there for 3 to 4 hours instead of 1,5 rushed hours and skipping many exposition buildings.This was my opinion and of several more on the tour.

Enjoyed is not the right word but the tour was very efficient, on time and the guide was very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend

I arranged a family tour to Auschwitz, Kasia who works there was super helpful and very efficient and responsive to our questions and messages.

Easy booking, convenient pickup and excellent tour. All round good value for money.
