Hotel Warszawa

Not recommended at all.I stayed at the Warszawa hotel for 3 nights in June 2023, and I am completely unsatisfied with it.Very poor soundproofing, bad curtains in the rooms, bad service, rude staff, not professional management. The room provided was badly cleaned, I found a receipt and cut nails from previous guests, this was disgusting.Rude staff in the restaurant, I was waiting for the menu for 40 minutes and the bill for another 20 minutes, nobody apologized for this waiting.The hairdresser at the salon tried to dry my hair with paper towels, which left pieces of paper in my hair. Then she said “honestly, your hair is very bad and thin” to my dissatisfaction with the hair styling result.I liked the breakfast and the massage, but it didn’t help the situation. It isn’t a 5 star hotel, I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Lokalizacja, lokalizacja, oraz lokalizacja! Dosłownie wszędzie jest blisko. Wnętrza wykończone w stylu modernistycznym. Zadbane. Jedzenie na śniadanie wyśmienite i różnorodne. Fajna restauracja na 6ym piętrze serwująca naprawdę ciekawie zaaranżowane i dobre dania. Bardzo szeroki wybór alkoholi w barze.Brawa dla p. Michała Bartusia, który pomógł nam w organizacji naszej niedużej konferencji! Niczego nam nie brakowało.

Really nice hotel. Junior suite and hotel facilities are fabulous. The Restaurant was excellent. A big surprise. Great wine/drinks menu.100% recommended

We had a chance to stay in hotel Warszawa at the end of June. It was a short but very pleasant stay. We book directly and got a fair price. The hotel offers (for free) a early check-in and late check-out options, which was a very convenient choice with our flight times. Our room was spacious and it had a very comfortable bed. The room had lovely design and a very good air-conditioning. Another feature we enjoyed is the 24/7 spa service. Overall, it was a good value for money and we would book the hotel again.

Worst „5 Star“ Hotel experience ever: loud dj playing on Friday nights, young crowd and weed smell across the whole floor, downgrade in a smaller room, because the shower didn’t work and we had to move in the middle of the night, no apologies whatsoever from the hotel staff, absolutely unacceptable experience. Update: After the last night there it only got worse. There were empty alcohol bottles in the SPA at 10am and a couple of broken glasses all over the place. When checking out, there were no questions about my stay whatsoever. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Hotel oferuje luksusowy wypoczynek w pięknych apartamentach. Po wejściu do pokoju wiesz, że wypoczniesz w nim. Piękny design, bardzo wysokiej jakości kosmetyki, dyskretna i miła obsługa. Tak, to miejsce jest warte ceny.

I recently visited your spa with my partner and we opted for the occasion package treatment on June 12. While we did enjoy the massage itself, we were disappointed with a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations in terms of quality.Firstly, we didn't feel welcomed by the specialists as there was a lack of hospitality and nothing was ready for our treatment even the robes and flip-flops. Secondly, the cleanliness of the facilities and common areas was subpar. Upon entering the ladies' changing room, I encountered a wet floor all around and used towels scattered everywhere. Despite being present in the spa for three hours, the room remained uncleaned. The restroom was also not in the best condition.Additionally, the way the champagne was served to us on the floor and the uncut fruit platter was not up to par. While it's acceptable to have unpeeled bananas and whole apples if you have a regular visit to the spa facilities, but when visiting a treatment facility in one of the city's top hotels, we expected a more sophisticated experience. Lastly, we were celebrating a special occasion with my partner, hoping for high-quality treatment and care. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short, especially considering the 1290 pln we were asked to pay upfront, even before enjoying the champagne. It would have been preferable to settle the payment before or after the treatment, rather than immediately after the massage.I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention and hope that you can address them to improve the experience for future guests. We believe in the potential of your spa and trust that you can make the necessary improvements to provide a truly exceptional and memorable experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Yulia

Po zmianie pokoju okazało się ze prawidłowy pokoj jest większy o blisko 10m. Czułem się zniesmaczony sytuacja, poczułem się trochę potraktowany jak chłopak, któremu może uda się wcisnąć gorszy pokoj.2. Utrzymanie pokoju przy takim wykończeniu jest trudne wraz z upływającym czasem i niestety było to widoczne. Przetarta podłoga z dużymi rysami po przestawianiu mebli prawdopodobnie przez gości. Niestety marmurowe stoliki również zalane/odciśnięte butelki, które mimo naszej próby wytarcia niemożliwe do usunięcia.3. Pokoj zarówno pierwszy (felerny) jak i drugi (prawidłowy) fatalnie wyciszone. Słychać sąsiadów (niewiadomo czy z góry/dołu/boku) i to nie imprezę ale zwykła rozmowę biznesowa. Nie mam nic przeciwko rozmowie ale o godzinie 1 w nocy było to uciążliwe. W 5* hotelu dla mnie taka sytuacja jest niedopuszczalna z winy obiektu a nie gościa.
