Avoid these sellers. BAD PRODUCTS AND BAD SERVICE

Customer service was great and they cooperated with me to solve the problem, great!

They only sent one camber plate which they said was UPS's fault but when they put in the claim to UPS, UPS came back and said they never had two camber plates, meaning they had only sent one. UPS collected the parcel to be sent back to Poland but UPS have tried to contact SilverProject to get the correct documentation since the 6/10/2022 and SilverProject have not tried to give them the information they need to send the package back to Poland and SilverProject have REFUSED to give UPS the information so that they CANNOT received the package in Poland. Because they have generated the return shipping via their account with UPS, I have no control over the package and they know it to avoid giving me a refund as they are avoiding giving UPS the documentation for the return shipping. I can provide the tracking number and UPS's telephone number to prove all of this and UPS can confirm all of this that from the 6/10/2022 when they sent SilverProject a request for documentation, that they never contacted UPS with it. I have raised a case with PayPal but Robert Madajczyk is acting like a child and now is trying every dirty trick in the book to keep my money. It is a shame that this has happened as the product actually looked pretty good but it looks like Robert Madajczyk is trying to keep my money because of their mistake and has refused to deal with this refund properly. If you are going to refund a package with silver project, I would highly recommend you do not let Robert Madajczyk generate the return shipping, and you ship it back yourself with tracking and sign for, so that they cannot avoid the package. If SilverProject refund my money, I will update this review.

I purchased some adjustable top mounts for my mk3 renault megane rs. Arrived quickly and I had them fitted a couple of months later. I was unsure by the quality of the parts but they we ok for a week. I then started to receive a knock on the drivers side. After refreshing the whole front shocks, springs, bushes etc the knock continued to get worse. I then noticed that my drivers front tyre was wearing excessively on the inside even though tracking was only recently done. It turns out that after 200 miles the top mounts had failed. I have reached out to silver project to ask for a refund however because im 30 days over the warranty period they would not refund me. Instead they told me I can replace the failed parts at a cost to myself..... these parts have 200 miles on them, they failed almost immediately and any respectable company would issue a refund. Customer service is shocking, quality of the parts are shocking and I urge you to stay clear.

Seller does not give refunds and have proof of them not sending products. I only received half an order and they now have kept my my return and not given me a refund. They have stolen my money and have not contacted UPS to give them documents for a return.
