I ordered a beautiful candleholder for my grandmother's birthday and was not only stunned by the beauty and quality of the product but especially amazed by the excellent customer service. They added a beautiful hand-written card and even a few extra amber pieces for her birthday. Especially in times of Amazon this level of personalized service seems unheard of, this is definitely not the last time I order here
