So and so. The position of the hotel is great, and easy to reach, close to buses shops and trams. The staff is friendly and approachable, the room was spacious/giant, with hot water and a complementary bottle of water. Toiletries are provided and towels/hairdryer too. The room was warm and bed comfy.The bad sides are the the hotel is very dusty, there is no lift to the rooms, and you need to request the cleaning which i didn't know. The front door of the room looks like it can easily been kicked in, walls are super thin.Overall medium stay

Spent 4 days at this hotel to visit Krakow and in them 4 days not once did they come and clean the rooms, had friends stay in hotel with us and their room never cleaned!! Some of the desk staff were nice but most where young and to busy on their mobile's, and the street the hotel is on is so run down! Wouldn't stay again if was free. The rooms are nothing like the website photos, not even close.

Our cozy room and the excellent service made our stay in Krakow comfortable and special. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the city centre and Kazimierz.I’d like to thank the staff and especially Ms. Patrycja for sparing us the stress of losing my favourite earrings during my check out! She was immediately responsive when I asked if I had dropped them in our room and they were speedily delivered to me. Thank you!

Nie dostosowują się do wymagań i preferencji co do typów łóżek. Mieli wrażenie, jakby nie było w tym dużego problemu.

Hotel znajduje się blisko rynku co jest jego atutem. Pokoje odbiegają od tych pokazanych na zdjęciach. Myślę że w tej cenie nie oferują za wiele.

Never go to this hotel stayed 4 days never got any fresh cups no changed bedding was painting in halls outside room was b and b but we were told when we got there the breakfast we were entitled too was a 25 minute walk !!! Fridge didn't work and bathroom smelt mouldy

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, dość blisko rynku. Nocleg mieliśmy rezerwowany przez booking. Pokój na trzecim piętrze (304). To co najważniejsze: pościel, ręczniki i łazienka czyste. W pokoju kawa i herbata, czajnik, lodówka, klimatyzacja, telewizor (z kilkoma prawicowymi kanałami). Ściany nieco odrapane. Znalazłabym jeszcze kilka drobnych uwag. Spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego.

Lokalizacja wspaniała, wszędzie blisko. Dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej. Ale tylko tyle. Stosunek jakości pokoi do ceny jest totalnie niewspółmierny. Ściany odrapane, brudne sypie się farba. Gorąco. Lodówka nie działa. Żele do mycia ciała wątpliwej jakości. Nie polecam.

Birthday gift for my husband, visit to austwich/ Birkenau. Room basic, had to walk 25mins to another restaurant for our breakfast!! I recommend asking on booking, if breakfast is served at your hotel or if you have to go elsewhere. I will say the breakfast, the staff and service was excellent at the restaurant.
