Cristal Casino/ Gdańsk

After corona its not nice anymore to gamble inside .The staff is great .But the rulez make it inposible to have a nice night out . U need to leave ur drink at the bar .Only 1 person allowed to smoke inside.Only 1 person allowed at machine .Just a wierd experience in general.But never the less . 5 stars for the team and staff of cristal casino . :-)

Bardzo przyjazne miejsce mimo pademicznych warunków. Super atmosfera, profesjonalni i uprzejmi krupierzy jak i cała reszta załogi. Polecam, jeśli chcecie spędzić miło czas (a może i wyjść zarobionym). ;)

Niemiła obsługa. Przeszliśmy przejściem z naszego hotelu zobaczyć dokąd przejście prowadzi a pani w korytarzu nas poprosiła (w dodatku niewyraźnie a po prośbie o powtórzenie nie pofatygowała się powtórzyć komunikatu lepiej), by używać innego przejścia, bo to jest dla pracowników. W samym komunikacie nie ma nic złego, ale jej roszczeniowy ton głosu był niestosowny. Dodatkowo, brak informacji w hotelu, że jest to przejście dla pracowników (przejście jest po prostu zatytułowane jako gotycka sala")

The casino differs not from other similar venues in Poland. Similar tables and machines. Its located in the heart of Gdańsk. It would be 5 starts if it wasn't for one thing being solely a responsibility of the management: it allows clients to smoke tabaco products and if you are a non smoker you will find the atmosphere unbearable.Review changed to 4 star upon installation of smoking cabins. I paid a visit later and it has greatly improved.I visited the casino again in December 2022. Indeed there is no more smoke there.The venue seems to be understaffed and it takes a while for the busy roulette table fix chips and to pay out. It’s not a bad point from my perspective, I don’t like too quick game, but some people get frustrated.

Kiedyś cristal to było dobre miejsce do rozrywki, były turnieje w holdema i jakaś taka kultura. Ale teraz… restrykcje tragedia, usunęli min bet 1zl ruletce- juz nie można się pobawić, tylko muszą Cię wydoić od razu. Ale w sumie to dziękuje, łatwiej mi będzie nie przychodzić do zagłębia hazardu :)

Mają pyszną kawę, można obejrzeć mecz, drinki też w porządku

Bardzo miła obsługa !!!! Tylko mało automatów, ale ogólnie ok.

Super kasyno jedyny problem to dół i parter jest trochę problematyczne z poruszaniem się ale i tak super dla nowych bar w promocji piwo czy kawa specjal
