Novitas Apartments

So many things at the apartments that didn't work and were too old to use. Too small curtains (and therefore waked at 6 hrs), non working electric stove, non working clock, terrible noisy refrigirator, etc. I was supposed to receive one night refund of 170 zloty and received 150 zloty. How cheap can the owner be?The only good thing was the location.
