This location after I returned the car tried to settle me with some bogus “damage” which really just amounts to wear and tear like scratches on bumpers etc etc. lucky for me I documented all this before I took delivery of the car and the rental is protected by my credit card so they will end up eating dirt as there are clear scratches they are trying to settle me with present on my original photos but yeah still a waste of time so I’d watch out for this outfit. (Update once they understood that they can't just pull a fast one they closed the case")Additionally after checking the receipt they charged me $400 usd vs $135 which was the rate i booked

Be aware will rip you off! They asked if we wanted insurance for an additional cost. Not informing us that it would increase the price 225%! (an Additional €1000). When signing for the insurance they did not clearly show the cost increase. So ensure that you get to see the full cost, they will not hesitate to scam you. Once you have signed for the car you have also signed insane cost increase and have no way of getting any of it back.Not a behavior I would expect for a global car company.
