W mojej opinii zarówno praca Pani Notariusz jak i Asystentki pozwoliły rozwiązać już dwie kwestie prawne bezboleśnie i bez nadmiernego stresu, szybko i przy zachowaniu wzajemnego szacunku. Należy przy tym podkreślić że niektórzy mogą mylić zasadniczą i stanowczą postawę Pani Notariusz z brakiem empatii etc. Może być to jednak moim zdaniem efekt nadmiernego napięcia jaki pojawia się u klientów w obliczu kwestii prawnych, z jakimi przyszlo im sie mierzyć.Warto nadmienić że Pani Notariusz potrafi być elastyczna - w sytuacji potrzeby dokonania zmiany planów / moich decyzji , spotkałem sie z wyrozumiałością i uprzejmością. Ponadto, otrzymałem szereg rad, których się nie spodziewałem a były one zarazem bardzo korzystne. Kancelaria godna polecenia

Jestem w szoku.Umówiłem się w poniedziałek na jedyny możliwy termin na 16 15 w piątek.W czwartek zaś dostaje telefon że spotkanie jest niemożliwe bo pani o 15ej musi wyjść.Odradzam szczerze tego notariusza.Ta pani notariusz to jakiś koszmar szczyt hamstwa i bezczelności

I visited Ms. Kosinska on Monday, March 11, in regards to my deceased mother's will. I called her office earlier that morning and made an appointment for 11:45. When I arrived at Miss Notary's office a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, she was still busy with a client, but her assistant assured me that Ms. Kosinska would see me soon. In the meantime, the assistant asked me if she could help me in any way. After I described my situation briefly, the aspiring young lawyer started to explain to me the dark and convoluted arcanes of my legal problem and managed to create such mess of it that I began crying. Meanwhile, Ms. Notary was still with the previous client although she came out of her office a few times to pick up some papers her assistant had typed for her. In those brief moments, Ms. Kosinska was very court and arogant to me. I became very distressed and left the office to fetch my boyfriend. We came back to Ms. Kosinska's office together - it must've been around 12:30 by then - and she was still with the same client, but her assistant assured me that she was almost done and would see me presently. Indeed, a few minutes later, the door to her office opened, and out came Ms. Kosinska's client; Ms. Kosinska came out right behind him putting on her coat. I approached her and said that she'd promised to see us, to which she replied that she had an important doctor's visit, and if we wanted to wait for her for half an hour, she would see us then. In all my dealings with several different lawyers and notaries here, in the U.S., I have never encountered such arogance, such lack of professional ethics or even simple human decency. If you ever need a notary public in Kielce, Poland, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to Ms. Kosinska, or you will fall victim of Ms Kosinska's arogant and condescending self-importance and will leave her office utterly humiliated and reduced to her doormat over which she will trample on her way to more important tasks than the little, insignificant you.
