Booked the car online and had to wait 1 hour for anyone to show up at the office receive the keys. Very bad service after a long flight. Then these clowns tell me I have to wash the car before return.

The best car rental in Warsaw with the best prices. I use them few times a year when i visit poland. Great service and very helpful staff.

In the order, I indicated that I would return the car at 23:00 and then found out that they took 40 euros from me for this, because after for return after 22:00 they charge 40 euros , but returned it at 20:00 and asked to return 40 euros back, they refused me. When I took the car, there was a dirty carpet inside, they said it was normal, I returned it with the same carpet and they charged me 150 zł for cleaning the interior! I do not recommend bypassing, the company just wants to take more money from you, they are megarent, magmar auto. Same company with different names.

Unos auténticos estafadores, tenía vehículo para las 22:00 y por llegar a las 22:03 me quieren hacer pagar 40€. El seguro para quitar franquicia era de 112€ y cuándo voy a pagar me dice q son 210. Ni se os ocurra alquilar con ellos. Yo dejé el coche allí, veremos si cobro la fianza, pero q se vayan a engañar a otro.

Niestety, doświadczenie słabe - obsługa klienta która pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Podstawiają nie ten samochód co się zamawiało i dodatkowo wmawiała szkody. Nie polecam

Wspaniała obsługa klienta po godzinach a dokładnie to o 3 w nocy, po opóźnionym locie o 2h40min i własnym błedzie dodając 1h extra. Dominik Larsen mimo naszego błedu bardzo wyrozumiale podszedł do całej sprawy, wykazał się ponad wszelkimi standardami oraz szybko wydał pojazd mimo opóźnień z winy klienta.Fantastic customer service after hours at 3am. Despite delayed flight by 2hr40min and 1hr delay due to our own fault Dominic Larsen went above and beyond to address the matter. Being completely understanding he swiftly and politely issued us with the booked car, explained return process and sent us on our way. SIMPLY EXCELLENT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
