Scam company that commits fraud. Charged my credit card nearly five times the agreed upon rate for an item six weeks after I had rented the vehicle. Asked them for proof of the charges and the rate as I provided them with a copy of the contract that I had. Provided them with contract showing the same details of the car, license plate, and dates and they claimed they did not have a contract with me. Yet they still charged me? Definitely avoid. Luckily my credit card company’s fraud division understands how contracts work.

Worst customer service ever. We have rented a car only to be told that credit card must contain full first and surname. Since my CC only has a initial of first name, CC was not accepted, wife CC not possible, change of driver not possible. Only possibility to get out with a car was to pay additional fee of around 300% of a rental value to a rude clerk with no manners who tried to hastle the final price like it's a bazaar (!). Walked out never to come back. Proper scam. Also goes by Flextogo cars recently so it looks their reputation finally caught up with GlobalYou have been warned!

The car was soon shows both ad blue and engine oil less in the middle of the road. I was call immediately to them ask for the solution. Their office staff said to me that their company will pay the ad blue and 1 liter engine oil by show them the receipt and said sorry during the calls . What happened in the end is they didn’t pay a penny when I returned. Instead, The company staff ask for 250 PLN because 3 hours delay on 07-April-2018. I request the staff for the receipt, He said no recipt at all.Then, I receive a transaction of 461 PLN through my credit card from them when I left Warsaw on 18-April-2018 without my permission and reason.About the deposit. I paid 400 PLN petrol deposit at the counter by credit card in the beginning. Their staff actually charge it! ( not deposit ). Theor staff told me the deposit will return in next 2 days. Until now I don’t receive my this amount.Be attention: it’s 13th May. 2018. still not return my deposit. I will keep my right against you when I come back to Warsaw.Attention: be aware and keep an eye on your credit card if you use any type credit card for the rental payments. They will charge you a sum of amount after you leave the Warsaw in the next coming days like ghost. It’s happened. And I blocked that amount and took the bank advice to replace a new card.

fraudsters nothing more, a Scandaltook money for damage which was already there also force to buy extended insurance for another 70£ which not preventing to charge 350£ for a scratch on bumper which was there when we took a car, they're not even bother to ask before charge.Assuming that we are responsible for that scratch was not fair and that is where company make money for being competitive on marketshame, avoid for all cost, less headache and cheaper in the end.Avoid, don't rent, they're should be removed from market. Just check all comments.My case took an professional lawyer had no time to waste on fraud company.

The worst experience. It took forever to pick up the car. I had to type my data myself into some tablet that was probably held by 1000 people. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told that it was because I was late. I didn't get an answer to the question of why they wanted my flight number in advance in case of a delay.Although I signed for a washed car, the car was dirty from birds and generally dirty. Inside it was the same. The CarFlexi representative present told me that I therefore did not have to return it clean. And he apologized that the car wash is currently out of order.While using the car, the police stopped me and wanted proof that the car was insured. However, I did not have any such document at my disposal. Again, CarFlexi's response was anything but professional.I returned the car just as unwashed. The next day I found an email saying that I had returned the car washed. Well damaged. Apparently scratches on the bodywork. How they could notice scratches on the bodywork on a dirty car, I don't know. Even funnier is the fact that I took a picture of the car when I picked it. And the scratches in question in the photo are!!!I immediately sent a complaint by email, but until today no one has bothered to contact me. So I wonder if I won't end up in court with this gang.

Be very careful when hiring a car with this company. First of all they commit a crime under the Polish Law when asking customers to sign a blank screen, after which they add lots of detailed lies about damages to a car. They have already been reported to Polish Prokuratura but nevertheless be very mindful. Do not sign anything in the office! Take pictures of every inch of the car you're hiring. Best thing is not to book with them at all.They illegally deduct money from your credit card. If you start digging deep and open an investigation you might be lucky to get a refund like I did (and a meaningless apology) but some of their customers have been innocently involved in fraudulent transactions. Stay Away!

UPDATE --> This fraudulent scam company sent me another email today saying they are going to charge me around £130 for a damage I haven't caused. They sent me a couple of pictures of a damage that was already on the car. Do you want to know how I know the damage was already on the car? Well, I took a picture of it at the time of collection.They park their cars in a very dark area of the car park and their cars are really dirty when you collect them so it's difficult to spot damages. However, thanks to my phone's magnificent camera and my eagle eyes, I managed to spot the damage. The damage on one of the pictures I uploaded. And obviously thanks to technology, the full details of the picture (time, date, location, etc) are stored with it. I am preparing a legal case against these scam artists and they are not helping themselves at all. They don't even respond to my emails.-----------------------------Fraudulent company. If you don't buy the full insurance policy which €20 per day, you will be charged extra by this company one way or another. Look at the pictures I uploaded. They charged me over £100 for returning the car dirty even though the car given to me was dirty in the first place. I'm taking a legal action against them. Since I have family in Poland (my wife is Polish), it makes getting this company done for fraud a lot easier.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional company! Be careful if you decide to hire a car with them! Delivered my car around 8:00 no one at the airport office to receive the car. Call the number on the door, nothing. Left the key on a door box as sign instructed, next day receive a bill of 553,50 PLN. They say car was damaged and that was not true! Ridiculous!!! Totally a scam!!! Stay away!!!

Be warned, take lots of videos and pictures of the car. Note every small stone chip, scuff, slight imperfection. The car was full of such damage however they deducted from our credit card two weeks after returning the car over £250 for tiny chips and marks that were already on the car. Unfortunately I had deleted the video but fortunately I had my own excess insurance. When collecting the car, they were very pushy to sell additional insurance. After repeatedly telling them I was not interested, their attitude changed.

Do not use!Booked a car 3 weeks in advance. Booking was for 15 days.You can imagine my frustration when arrived at the pick up desk to be told they do not have a car for me...No apology given, no alternative offered from another car hire company...Went with Hertz for last minute booking and they could not be more helpful! I will never use these mickey mouse companies again but will stick with reputable ones.
