離火車站只有走路五分鐘的路程，很方便。有專人管理的公寓式飯店，服務人員也都很友善跟熱情，遇到洗衣機壞掉了，他們還想盡辦法找維修人員來處理，並且幫我把衣服拿去烘乾，真的很棒！

I come from Krakow. I have rented this apartment during pandemic time because of the lack of return opportunities to France where I currently live. I wanted to stay in the city centre. During this difficult time the place was available to rent. The apartment has been disinfected, I received all usage guidelines as well as a disinfecting gel. I was very warmly received by the employees of the apartment service office. I was offered a cleaning service, daily exchange of bed linen and towels, cleaning products and full disposition during my stay. The office represents a very flexible and individual approach to the client. My stay is continually extended, so I consider this approach to be very professional, which gives me great comfort in the current situation.The apartment is located in a modern and characteristic building, very cosy and equipped with all facilities. It’s very modern and you can sort waste. The brewery and restaurant, as well as the pleasant café downstairs, gives this place a pleasant atmosphere. Safe and like at home!Ideal location: 10 minutes by foot to the Main Square, to the train and bus station, a large shopping mall. Public transport next to the apartment - 2 minutes by foot.The area also has a beautiful old park, botanic garden, a lot of green, this is very beautiful part of Krakow. Silence and peace.I recommend to all concerned! I will not hesitate to rent an apartment one more time, when I will visit my Krakow again!Je suis originaire de Cracovie. J'ai loué cet appartement en période de pandémie en raison du manque d'opportunités de retour en France où j'habite actuellement. Je voulais rester dans le centre-ville. Pendant cette période difficile, le lieu était disponible à la location. L'appartement a été désinfecté, j'ai reçu toutes les consignes d'utilisation ainsi qu'un gel désinfectant. J'ai été très chaleureusement accueillie par les employés du bureau de service de l'appartement. On m'a proposé un service de nettoyage, un échange quotidien de draps et serviettes, des produits de nettoyage et une disposition complète pendant mon séjour. Le bureau a une approche très flexible et individuelle du client. Mon séjour a été continuellement prolongé, je considère donc cette approche comme très professionnelle, ce qui me donne un grand confort dans la situation actuelle.L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble moderne et caractéristique, très confortable et équipé de toutes les commodités. C'est très moderne et vous pouvez trier les déchets. La brasserie et le restaurant, ainsi que l'agréable café en bas, confèrent à ce lieu une atmosphère agréable. Sûr et comme à la maison!Emplacement idéal: 10 minutes à pied de la place principale, de la gare ferroviaire et routière, d'un grand centre commercial. Transports publics à côté de l'appartement - 2 minutes à pied.Les abords disposent également d’un magnifique parc ancien, d’un jardin botanique, de beaucoup d’espaces verts. C'est une très belle partie de Cracovie. Silencieuse et paisible.Je recommande à toutes les personnes concernées! Je n'hésiterai pas à louer un appartement une fois de plus, quand je reviendrai à Cracovie!
