Awful service. I bought tickets via their platform from Warsaw to Wroclaw. Transaction was successful, I got reservation number from them. But company did not send tickets to me. I called them on the day of departure, waited 5 minutes on line - no response. Wrote 3 mails to them - no response. I bought new tickets to another train in last moment, spent x2 money that I should. 2 weeks passed, and no any response/compensation. Do not recommend at all.

I did not print or photograph the QR code for my ticket that I purchased online so the conductor made me pay another PL47 for my seat when he checked my ticket. It does not say that a ticket is only valid with the QR Code.

A quick way to buy tickets for Polish trains, purchase takes only a couple of minutes, then you receive the ticket by sms and email, which can be displayed on your mobile during travel. There were no issues returning or exchanging the ticket for another day or time - great email and telephone service in English, I sincerely recommend it!
