Krakau ist wunderschön!Allerdings das Pferdekutschen bis Mitternacht mit gestressten Pferden durch die Straßen klappern ist, wie das gesamte Thema Tierquälerei und gehört verboten.Ich werde diese Meinung an anderer Stelle auch noch weitergeben! Einfach unerträglich!!!!

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. However the tour that was booked for us with ETG Poland for Auschwitz had very poor communication on how the tour was organised. Pick up and drop off point were different! And changed time last minute of the tour.
