30.Coffee cover some very high-quality brands at reasonable prices.The espresso machine and other gear I ordered arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. There were some delays due to manufacturer lead times but 30 Coffee was very quick to get back to me when I contacted them for updates. Overall, very pleasant to deal with and have to thank them for the few extras in the delivery.

They do deliver whatever you buy indeed, however, if something goes wrong their customer service is rather poor and a bit reluctant to help you out. They just offer you generic replies that you return the machine back if something is wrong and bear the shipping costs (rather expensive if you buy outside their country) while they offer no remote technical support or advice (even if the issue is rather simple). If you ask for advice they end up ignoring you.More importantly, they updated their warranty for Ascaso machines from the 22nd of January 2023 to 5 years (the manufacturer gives 5 years for all machines after 2019 already while they were only giving 2). I bought my machine on the 19th and for a 3 days difference on the same machine, they won't offer the 5 years warranty. That is unfair and not customer oriented at all. So always read the small lines on their website.Overall, not a scam site, but I wouldn't call them reliable as well.To be fair packaging and sending of the equipment was very good and careful and arrived on time. For this, I am giving 3 stars.
