So far the best place I've ever worked at, and might be hard to beat up ;)Pros: working with super friendly experts in various fields (I learn a lot from them), flat management structure, great opportunities for personal growth, respect for work-life balance, flexible working hours, good salary, and I could go on and on.Cons: sometimes very challenging projects - might be a good or a bad thing depending on a person. If you don't like to take responsibility and be accountable you may find it too challenging.
