Amanda was amazing. She saved us! After hours and hours on the phone to emirates, Australian home affairs, Australian foreign affairs we still did not have the correct information or the right answer for returning home to Australia. Amanda was so helpful and extremely kind helping to keep us calm in a very stressful situation. She even did research for us, calling direct lines to airport liaison and border control and called us back with exactly what we needed to do. Thank you Amanda!
