Try to get a response from Pioneer Arms due to a cracked bolt. I included pictures and send a request to both the FL office as well as the Polish office. No response. I also requested, on serveral e-mails, price and availability for the magazines that fit the 9mm for the PPS-43C. No response from the FL office. The Polish office tells me to contact the FL office. Good luck getting support from this company.

I ordered a part online, after their normal business hours. Within 2 hoursof ordering, I figured out that the part wasn't going to work for me, so I emailed asking to cancel the order. I never got a reply. Approximately 7 days later, the item showed up. The same day that it arrived, i again emailed asking that they cancel the order and return the item. I use the email option because I work during their business hours and am unable to call while they are open. The website states, for returns email them. Im cutrently stuck with a part that i cant yse, and asked to return. Very poor customer service.

Recently purchased a pps43-c. Had a small issue with the front sight post, customer service was very helpful and prompt in fixing the issue. Good firearm, good customer service.

Guns do not come zeroed and their customer service is as defensive as an emotional teenage girl. Pretty sad from a veteran owned and operatoed company" whatever that means."

Company is absolutely incapable of supporting their customer base, even inside the EU. Don't buy their stuff.
