I DO NOT RECOMMEND rentaroom at all. They will scam you out of your deposit even if you leave early 6-7 days. I paid 1800zl for a studio room which was advertised as 20m and in reality it wasn’t even 15m. The person Emilli does not respond to texts or calls for weeks if you’re in need for something. They’re just in the business to scam international/young people as they know such people will not bother themselves with legal issues.They do not have a post box, so any important letters/bank cards you have to direct them to their office address, which they never pick up or if they do, they don’t bother to let you know.

We rented accommodation in Rentaroom, we were very satisfied! Good apartments, all the amenities for a comfortable life, Emilia is always in touch. Thanks a lot:)

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS. IF YOU ARE IN ERASMUS OR OTHERWISE DO NOT GO HERE.I have rented room 1 on the Piotrokowska building in the winter semester of 2022-2023. I cannot speak for other dates or other properties owned by this specific landlord.The 1 star comes from the fact that the house has a very good location and the rent was affordable.In my particular room the heating system stopped working in the middle of winter when the temperatures reached -10 and -15 degrees C . In order to reach the landlord and their assistant you must be very insistent and often passive-aggressive with your emails if you'd like an answer. Any problem solving takes at least two weeks. My problem was temporarily solved afterwards. The electric system also had a tendency to be overwhelmed and little power outages were daily occurrences.The house is not closed (at the time of my stay the door to the house was supposed to be permanently unlocked), but at least the individual rooms are. The room is not very soundproof, as the flatmate next to me could very easily blast extremely loud music (at least they stopped after 22:00 though) and I could hear their phone conversations in the middle of the night.(also this tenant was not very receptive to complaints). The selection of tenants is also not as careful as it is written on the ad. Fellow tenants did throw their cigarettes in the toilet, entered the shower with their shoes on and did not clean after themselves (photos attached from daily occurences in the bathroom and also the state of the mattress)I would only recommend this room if:-You like being ghosted by the landlord and their assistant-Your hearing is not the best.-You like having stuff dissapear form the common room at random.-You stay in another place and just leave your luggage there.-You thrive in chaos and dirt (and enjoy cleaning after other adults)-You like being scammed out of the deposit big time.
