Die Kosten für das Kombinieren der Sendung waren höher als für das Versenden von 2 Paketen. Ich empfehle das Kombinieren nur für kleine Pakete.

Servizio super efficiente, scrivono che se ricevono in mattinata spediscono a partire dalle 14, nel mio caso, pacco arrivato alle 11, spedito alle 13 perchè han dovuto aspettare il mio pagamento. Ho mandato una mail al support, mi hanno risposto dopo 10 minuti. I costi non saprei dire se son alti, usano diversi servizi sulla base del valore merce e tempi. Tutto molto guidato, molto confermato, comunicazione top.

Hands down the best forwarding company in the EU. To be frank, practically every negative review about this company is from user error and no fault of MailboxDE. Jan is always on top of things, will respond to me within minutes sometimes, and my packages are practically always scanned in within the hour. I've used their services for no less than 20 packages at this point, and will continue to do so in the future.

Super fast processing. After the packet arrived, I received an email notification. I paid the service fee immediately and only an hour later it was delivered to DHL.Very gentle also on the phone at Zittau's storage facility where I called to inform that the sender was a courier from Greece and not a shop. Thanks a lot!

Very bad experience.I paid them a lot of money.Now, they accused me that I did not pay for my goods and dont want to forward my packages (although I sent them a proof). They will send all my packages back. I will now lose a lot of money, because for the cosmetics return I will not be recharged from Sephora.
