We cannot recommend Raz w życiu highly enough! They did an absolutely amazing job organising our wedding in Krakow (we are from and live in the UK). They are extremely friendly, professional and efficient, and gave us nothing but 100% confidence that our wedding was in safe hands the whole way through. We initially intended on a small wedding, however ended up with 73 people and a ceremony in the Salt Mine! We barely had to lift a finger throughout the organisation. Nothing was a problem for Kasia and Kinga to organise. In addition, their advice and expertise was invaluable in ensuring we made the best decisions resulting in a perfect day. They are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and are able to provide excellent guidance throughout the decision making process.We wanted a fun, relaxed and unusual wedding which is definitely what was achieved! The whole process and the wedding day was so smooth and stress-free. Even organising the legal side of things was easy! We could not have organised the wedding without them.We are so so grateful to Kasia and Kinga for everything they have done - we and our guests have made incredible memories of our wedding day! We cannot explain how easy Kasia and Kinga made everything. Our wedding could not have been better.

Amazing. Amazing. AMAZING! Trying to coordinate a church wedding from the States to take place in Poland proved to be a lot more difficult than anticipated. But Raz w życiu made it SO super easy and stress free!! A Catholic wedding was a MUST, and while other wedding planning agencies said we can't guarantee a church wedding

Kinga is an incredibly talented visionary who makes wedding dreams come true! From start to finish, Kinga patiently, thoughtfully, and enthusiastically guided us through every imaginable detail to ensure our destination wedding in Krakow was the most incredible, memorable day of our lives. No issue was was ever too small or too complex for Kinga, whose attentiveness, extensive experience, and keen eye for details provided us constant reassurance that this important day, with all its many moving pieces, would go perfectly to plan. Despite us living abroad (Belgium) and having family coming in from all over the world, every detail, from the design to the execution exceeded our expectations. Not to mention, we gained a friend through it all to make it even more special! We’ve (half) jokingly discussed having another wedding just so we could work with Kinga again, it was that amazing! Thank you Kinga for everything….you are the best!

We cannot recommend Raz w Życiu highly enough. Neither me nor my spouse is Polish, and we don't live there either. We were looking to have a destination wedding because we come from different cultural backgrounds (he is American, I am Lebanese), and we were looking for some neutral ground in between. Having said that, my initial concern for the wedding was making sure both our cultural rituals and practices were represented at the wedding. In spite of this fear, Kasia did everything in her power to represent both our backgrounds. She also offered wonderful Polish traditions which we happily incorporated into the wedding. More importantly, though, she listened to our concerns and needs and tried her best to satisfy them. We were also uncertain about what we wanted at times, and she was patient with our indecision. For instance, I changed my mind about how to tailor my dress at least three times, and I think I sent her about 20 middle-of-the-night anxiety emails about hair and makeup! She listened to my concerns and succesfully appeased them. Kasia and Kinga are incredibly professional, honest, meticulous, and transparent. They made our wedding unique, special, and the most beautiful day of our lives (there are amazing pictures that prove it!). Thank you :)

Raz w Zyciu assisted my husband and I over the course of almost 3 years, through Covid-19, travel bans and postponements towards organizing a wedding at Hotel Stary in Krakow, Poland in June 2022. It goes without saying that their stamina and professionalism exceeded our expectations at every turn. Over this period, there was not a single mis-step or organizational gap, due entirely to their efforts and expertise. Kasia listened to our vision and provided us with multiple options for every decision, making the process very easy. They are personable, flexible, thoughtful and creative while remaining structured and forward-thinking. We can not have created such a beautiful celebration without Kasia. We highly recommend them to anyone desiring to organize an event in Poland!

The only thing we were debating on was wether we needed any help in organising our wedding at all. I love to plan myself and am a very organised person. If you haven't been married before then you won't know how time consuming everything gets and sometimes the fun can be taken out of it. On top of that we planned everything from the UK and Kasia's help was invaluable in the whole process.Get Raz w Życiu to help you organise it and you will have a hassle free, stress free wedding. You will be able to actually enjoy it with your friends and family. Highly recommend Raz w życiu! They helped us plan our dream wedding at the Krasiczyn castle in Poland. They helped us not once, but twice make arrangements when we had to postpone due to COVID-19. We would be so lost without their help during this time. I am so happy we continued with the wedding because it was just a dream come true.They have been in the business for a long time and it shows. They helped us find vendors we would not have known about otherwise. It was great having someone local to our venue, as the pandemic would allow us only one time to visit before our wedding. I could not have been more impressed with how everything came out. They made our vision come to life!They handled everything with such professionalism before and the day of our wedding. All I had to do was show up, and let’s be honest brides deal with enough stress as it is. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about all of the little details. Our journey (of planning the wedding) started in 2019 when we met Kasia and Kinga from Raz w Życiu and decided to go ahead and work with them to organize our international wedding. Little did we know how important that decision would turn out to be (considering the global pandemic that was about to start).Fast forward to 2021, we've just had our dream wedding, in fact the best time of our lives.We couldn't have pulled this off without Kasia. She is outstanding, passionate, a professional that has guided us, provided feedback and facilitated the millions of things that go into planning a wedding.Not only we started planning early on, but when the pandemic occurred and restrictions were introduced, she made it possible to easily reschedule everything.
