I schedule a tour with this company in advance, I had pick up at 7:30 the driver was on time but then he informed me that there was a scheduling problem and that he could take me to my destination but I would not be able to take my tour at 9:00 a.m I would have to wait until 12:00p.m. Im posting this review because they should have contacted me in advance and not the day of the tour with the phone number I had given them at the time I purchased my tour.
