1. The advertisement of the flat was not true 100%, cuz you wrote the flat has TV, fridge and oven, but later I discovered the flat has no TV, big fridge and oven.2. You said that you will give me a contract in English version but till that moment I’ve not received it.3. I wrote email in English, you answered me in Polish, where’s the logic?4. No good connection with the landlord cuz you changed the price of the flat on the day of taking the flat. And I accepted because I didn’t have another options when I said no to the other flats.5. No communication skills with the landlord and try to convince him/her.6. You have to try to solve any troubles between the landlord and me. I didn’t take the agency to prepare the documents only.... !!Ps: Firstly, please be careful about what you wrote, it’s not harassment and I’m not responsible for other opinions, I have one clear opinion by my name with my picture and I think I didn't mention something bad about you personally. You said that your task was done, and it was my time to write my opinion about your service and I think nobody can stop me to talk about it freely without hurting someone personally.I didn't expect that from your agency and if the agency's task is only preparing documents, then why I paid 1800 pln?I took many agencies before and they were so nice and they were responsible for everything, not only preparing the contract.So, if you see this one as harassment, you could escalate it to Google to remove my review.So, this is also a bad behavior, I’ll decrease the review from two stars to one star.Ps: you deleted your comment!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z całego procesu zakupu nieruchomości. Pani Katarzyna to odpowiednia osoba na odpowiednim miejscu. Dla mnie zakup mieszkania to niecodzienna sprawa której się obawiałam- dzięki tak dobremu i spokojnemu podejściu do mnie wszystko przebiegło bezstresowo. Dziękuję i polecam!

Polecam jak najbardziej współpracę. Pełen profesjonalizm. Panie załatwiły wszystkie formalności związane z zakupem mieszkania a nawet zorganizowały opróżnienie mieszkania ze starych mebli po sprzedającym.

Podaja złe informacje w ogłoszeniach, okłamują ze mieszkanie zarezerwowane kiedy mieszkanie dalej dostępne. Chyba Panie same nie wiedza co jest dostępne co nie, tak jak jedna z Pan mówi ze mieszkanie zarezerwowane i wpłacona zaliczka a już inna mówi ze jak najbardziej mieszkanie dostępne i możemy się umawiać. NIE POLECAM

Profesjonaliści, kupiliśmy dzięki nim w promocyjnej cenie dom do remontu. Załatwili wszystkie kwestie prawne i formalne. Super.
