The only place in Warsaw that serves British afternoon tea. Inside-hotel bar with nice weekend live piano. For afternoon tea set, there is a wide range of tea to pick from; scones are not perfectly baked (hard base) yet impressive flavour; sandwiches might be a bit greasy, desserts take the spotlight and change for each of my visit. Reasonable price. Will come back for sure.

Dużym atutem tego miejsca jest wspaniała, uśmiechnięta obsługa. Wołowina wagyu była smaczna, chociaż natknąłem się na 1 chrząstkę (sic!). Co do kawy, była podana w ciekawy sposób, jednak z uwagi na prestiż miejsca można by było zrobić ją o wiele lepiej. Zakładam, że mleko było stanowczo przegrzane, kawa nierównomiernie zmielona, co przełożyło się na pylastość napoju (winny pewnie jest młynek), a ziarna raczej przeciętnej jakości, ze zbyt dużą domieszką robusty. Wystrój jest ciekawy, chociaż nieco zbyt chaotyczny stylowo.

NEVER AGAIN!!!The place is beautiful and very fancy and exciting. But their service SUCKS!!! The waitress was taking ages to take an order, it takes 20min to get a drink from the bar. We ordered fries which never arrived and they put it our bill, along with a Guiness beer which we never ordered either. I had to ask for the bill to be adjusted twice (!) and they NEVER suggested to take care of anything for us because of all the mistakes they made and still charged us 10% service fee for basically nothing. They’re lucky I was in a good mood. Adding extra items to one’s bill is 1) effing sloppy (!) when I’m not drunk enough not to notice (!); 2) it’s the oldest truck in the books (!) but it loses you customers when you’re sloppy about it. Drinks were OK but I’ve had better elsewhere and with way way better service and speed. So, not thank you, but we’ll never go back there again. VERY underwhelming and expensive for low quality service.
