DHL POP Punkt Obsługi Paczek

It was difficult, yet hard to use their service. And, frankly, it’s not about the place - it’s about the whole company. I needed to send a laptop abroad, so it could be challenging from the very beginning. However, I don’t speak Polish, so the language barrier became a huge obstacle. Firstly, I have found a lot of so-called services within Gdańsk, but in reality these services were pick-up places for only receivers, sadly. Then I called the emergency number on their website, and, thankfully, the person was English-speaking, so the advice was understandable. For those who are familiar with Gdańsk, only one real service point was available at the Forum shopping mall. It seems that the story has ended - it’s only the beginning!When I have come there I have understood that the “service point” was just a tiny store with magazines, cigarettes and more. The store holder wasn’t from DHL - moreover, the person hasn’t spiked English of Ukrainian - here was the problem. Firstly, store holder said that I need to find a package box - there wasn’t any boxes at the store, so I have come to the Poczta Polska office( I should have send my package there, it could be more convenient ). Then, due to the language barrier, it was difficult to explain my need to send the laptop abroad. After an hour of filing my information and making an estimation about how much will they reimburse me if my laptop will break during shipping, finally we have got an agreement with this person. The lady has sent my package, apologising for inconvenience.Unfortunately, it took more than 5 days from the estimated time of receiving the package, so my addressee has received it lately. Not the best service, but the biggest problem was the office itself - they should have just a regular office, not an everything-else-store.

Nie polecam, pan odmówił przyjecia paczki bez uzasadnienia, przy czym byl bardzo nie uprzejmy (twierdził ze to nie jego interes) i kłamał że tej opcji nadania (opłacone online z numerem przesyłki) akuratTEN punkt nie obsługuje, nie ma tego w systemie, nie ma miejsca na paczke itp. Chamstwo, cwaniakowanie i nieròbstwo.
