Staff in the cafe friendly and helpful, however the shop itself tiny - very little space to bring bigger suitcases in, and the bags were probably in the staff’s area rather than a locker. No tags or labels put on the bags to know which is which so looks like staff has to take their best bets on giving back the right bags.

Staff were very helpful in letting us store our luggage for the day. Lovely and well priced icecream and coffee in there too. Just went to the front counter of the icecream shop and asked to store our luggage and the staff took care of the rest - would recommend!

Overall the booking online was easy enough but the info on there was incorrect. The times stated online wasn’t the same as where the bag drop was. Online the drop off times were a lot shorter than at the drop off point. The lady there was very helpful as we called first to see where the place was to be told that they’re open from 10am to 7pm. Also the cost at drop off point was 20PLZ and online we paid 28PLZ.

Handy location and secure storage. They need to improve their check-in system, because when I showed my bounce reference the person didn't seem to understand and asked for payment when I had already paid. Was okay in the end but if they are using bounce as a 3rd party, they should be noting bounce booking references expected that day.

Original baggage store we found (not Bounce) was closed when we got there! Was able to book storage at Katane via the website in less than a minute, and they instantly took our bags and were very polite and professional. Stopped for a coffee when we collected them which was also delicious.

Easy and comfortable booking process.Luggage was stored in a locked up room. Felt safe.Price is a bit high, if you only need short term storage (1-2 hrs) because you pay a flat fee.However for 24hrs it’s price fairly reasonable

I never expected that Bounce app exists.I recommended this place for leaving your luggage.The place is open only up until 9 PM so pick up your bags before they close.Use the Bounce app to pay and choose the timeframe.

Booked online, dropped my bags off at the ice cream store, picked it up later with no problems. Only wish I’d stopped to try the ice cream before I headed to the airport…

Luggage storage is right in the Katane cafe, you just give it to waiters. Not really obvious as there no signs that it is the Bounce storage.But overall everything works fine and the luggage is in safe.

Great service and worked well. I think a photo of the drop off venue would be helpful as the building number given had 3 businesses at the same address. Worked well and would use again when using air bnb.
