Szybko, sprawnie i rzetelnie. Jestem klientem od ponad 20 lat i zawsze udaje mi sie zalatwic wszystkie sprawy w oddziale. Mimo chwili spedzonej w poczekalni, uzysklam pomoc w sprawie, która miala zostac rozwiązana przez infolinie, a tak nie bylo. Wyjątkowo miła i kompetentna obsluga. Polecam 100%

Absolutely the best banking experience for many many years! Employees advised me very well with all products and proceedings. With just one day - one visit I was able to solve issues I was struggling for nearly half a year without any idea how to deal with it before! 6/5 stars!!!

No idea why I'm seing so many negative reviews. Myself I have only had positive experiences so far. I found people working there professional, polite and competent. Sometimes you have to stand in line for quite a while but that's related to the amount of customers flowing in. Anyways keep up the good job and don't get discouraged.

I visited that branch many times, I have been always met nice and polite people on my way. Yes, you often have to wait, but its not problem for me. Very helpfull staff, professional client service. Nice and good atmosphere.I am very impressed with the level of English language skills of Mrs. Paulina and Ola.I will be very happy to have next visit in that branch.

One of the worst banking experiences I have ever witnessed. The staff are totally free doing nothing, gossiping among themselves but can't attend to my needs. I don't know if it's because I'm an Indian.Please don't open an account here, you'll waste a lot of time. I would suggest you to open at ING because my friend has one and she's really happy with their service.It's been 30 mins now, 2 new customers who can speak polish came in and they are being assisted right now.Really disappointed !!!

Several individuals have expressed similar concerns, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that appropriate action can be taken. Jestem w pełni usatysfakcjonowana moja wizytą w oddziale. Przyszłam rozwiązać nietypowy problem z bankowością elektroniczną. Doradczyni klienta Pani Aleksandra B nie tylko pomogła mi zaleźć rozwiązanie ale pomogła mi tak skonfigurować moje produktu aby jak najlepiej służyły moim potrzebą. Pełen profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie, jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem.
