Masakra brakło mi 2 zł na karcie do przejazdu.zakonczylem kurs i wpłaciłem kasę aby uregulować .to mi zablokowali konto na 10 h pomimo kasy na koncie... Pan z infolinii powiedział że trzeba teraz 8 h odczekać żeby wynająć ponownie auto

Awful service. We booked a car online on our Ukrainian driving license and everything was ok at this point. Four days later when we had already planned the trip and came to take the booked car, a few minutes before the scheduled time a rental company representative called and said it's impossible to provide us with a car without polish driving license. On my opinion these kind of things should be specified when the booking is made and not at the last minute! Ruined can't experience and ruined trip. Not recommend.

I’m really sorry that I didn’t read all the comments about this rental company in advance, I checked that the rate is above 4 and was sure that it’s a normal reliable company, but no…Now I know that I’m not the only one who faced the same problem: this company doesn’t provide cars to non EU citizens that sounds like absurdity. They allow to make a reservation, but at time of pick up they just say “oh you are not from EU, we cannot give you a car”. I rent cars for more than 10 years all over the world and never experienced something like this. I have international driving license and Danish residence, however I am Ukrainian citizen and this company uses practice to harass people based in their nationality.

have booked a car for rent a week prior trip. Have paid. all confirmed. ON THE DAY of trip they have sent and email canceling the order as they have no cars. Money will be back only in two weeks. All trip is failed because of super short notice, they ruined our vacation as its not possible to book tickets an hour before trip. WORST rental car EVER I've seen. Never again.

Panec didn’t allow me to take a car on the meeting pointI made a reservation, booked a car on a website to my Ukrainian documents, with Ukrainian city and street. I came to the meeting point on agreed day. Manager came to the meeting in car that I had to take, took my documents and with big surprise on his face told that non European citizens can’t rent a carOk, it’s not a problemBut why NOBODY informed me about it earlier? You saw my documents in reservation form, someone worked, reviewed that and gave to manager my reservation, website allowed me to finish reservation.People rent cars because they have some plans and in that day all the plans were broken.
